WARRANTY We offer a 5 year limited warranty on all our films with the exception of our HP Black Stainless Metalized Films which has a limited lifetime warranty. This warranty is made in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied. Seller guarantees the product MoonRaker™ brand window film, against peeling, cracking, crazing, or loosening. Seller's liability for breach of the warranties set forth herein shall be limited to replacement of the portion of the product proved to be defective and in no event shall MARKLYN CO. INC. or dealer or distributor, jointly or severally, be liable or responsible for any other loss, damage or liability, direct or indirect, incidental, special or consequential, arising out of the sale, use of, or the inability to use the product. Film illegality in the present or future is not to be considered covered as to removal or replacement under this warranty. It is the responsibility of the installer to be aware of the state laws regarding visibility. This warranty is void if the product has been subject to abuse or improper care. This warranty is not transferable to anyone. The foregoing may not be changed, except in an agreement signed by an officer of the seller. DO NOT WASH FOR THIRTY (30) DAYS AFTER INSTALLATION. This film does not have the hard surface characteristics of glass; therefore care should be exercised in the selection of materials for cleaning. DO NOT use ammonia based products to clean the window film. DO NOT USE BRISTLE BRUSHES. DO NOT roll down your windows for 7-12 days after window film installation. Caution should be used when releasing seat belts. Small chips can be made in the tint due to seat belts hitting the glass. This is not covered by the warranty. |
